Job Description
- Formulate & implement strategy and general direction: Participate in setting vision, mission, and strategy
for Company. - Set up & adjust the company’s organizational structure, design work according to each stage of
development. - Excellent stakeholder management skill and build constructive working relationships across the company.
- Responsible for internal communication on Human Resource issues under the Board of Directors and
Senior Management. - Plan and manage the Human Resources department’s operating budget, responsible for efficiency.
- Formulate and develop regulations, processes, regulations and work instructions for human resource
management activities: salary regulation, bonus ‐ welfare regulation, evaluation, recruitment…. - Forecasting the company’s human resource needs and recruiting managers (from head of department
and above). - Develop internal regulations, collective bargaining agreements and settle labor relations from the head of
the department upwards. - Identify the company’s cultural values and implement action programs to build corporate culture.
- Set training goals and implement training programs and career development roadmaps for employees.
- Manage day‐to‐day operations of the Human Resources department by reviewing HR Policies and
Procedures - Acting as advisor to CEO/Plant Director in Vietnam to reinforce the company’s culture
- Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and Labor Regulations
- External relations with public authorities within the scope of HR functions.
Working Location: Nearby HCMC
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Master Degree in business administration, human resources or related majors
- At least 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and 05 years in the position of Director
post in a manufacturing company especially in a garment factory with a size of 5,000 or more. - Change management skill and innovative mindset is desired.
- Good communication, assessment methods, recruitment, presentation, training, analysis, management.
- Teamwork, outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
- High level of English speaking and writing skills
- High level of Computer Skills
- High level of Public Speaking and Training and Motivational Speech abilities
