Job Descriptions
- Responsible to manage all the operation of company in Vietnam in order to further sustained business turnarounds.
- Formulate and launch customer-centric business plans and manage budgets per annum with an aggressive growth plan
- Working very closely with customer to enhance the growth
- Establish the processes for manufacturing excellence through cost leadership and capacity utilization
- Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning
Working Location: Binh Duong
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience to work at the same position for foreign manufacturing company
- Open for foreigner candidates who speak Vietnamese fluently
- Excellent proven – experience in management and communication skills
- Strong experience in in Sales and sourcing other manufacturing partners for sub-contracting or joint orders
- Fluent communication in English. Prefer candidate who can speak Chinese.
