Job Descriptions
- Fully responsible of operation of the company to meet the annual budget and other financial goals as the business strategy of Groups
- Overall responsible the operation of all department including Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Compliance, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Facility Management and Logistics
- Monitor the Production status, procedures & systems followed in production to ensure the requirement of quality and ontime delivery
- Attend any necessary meetings with buyers
- On be half of company to attend meetings with the local authority, local community and professional organizations…
- Provide facility support necessary for launch of new products.
- Provide any recommend to Senior Management any policy or procedure changes which would improve and develop the operation of the facility.
- Responsible to perform other tasks by Board of Director.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: North Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Minimum from 8 years at the similar position for apparel manufacturing industry
- Education/Degrees: Bachelors Degree or MBA. Prefer candidate who has Finance, Accounting knowledge and background
- Excellence in English communication.
