Job Description
- Ensure the implementation and creation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Providing direct management of key functional managers & executives within the business unit.
- Coordinating the development of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for direct reports & functions.
- Make sure for quality and overall delivery of the unit’s offerings to customers.
- Make sure to develop tactical programs to pursue targeted objectives & goals.
- Join in key or targeted customer activities.
- Oversee hiring campaigns and talent development programs.
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit’s employees.
- Reporting key and important results to corporate officers.
- Join corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
- Working location: Southern Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Have 15+ years of working experience in the same position
- Have 8 years of working experience in Garment Accessories
- This required back-office and production process experience
- Good in English
