Responsible to monitor and ensure all the operation activities of the accounting transactions are complied with Vietnam accounting/tax laws and regulations as well as the strategies and policies of company
Responsible for conducting the accounting and finance monthly & yearly reports to Management Board, Tax Department, and other government offices
Review, analyze and make the plan for all the expenditure of the Company to ensure that these expenditure are properly managed
Manage and make the plan to control the cost, cash flow efficiently
Check and follow the process of payment to suppliers as well as customers
Be in charge of checking and completing of year-end audit
Track the Company’s financial status in Vietnam and work closely with Finance teams of Group about the liquidity and cash flows
Responsible for forecasts and preparation of fiscal budgets
Coordinate with Banks, Tax Authorities, Auditor and other related parties about the accounting and finance issues.
Build and develop accounting internal system as well as update and propose improvements to Board of management
Work with the Board of Directors and other related department to build and improve the internal control policies in order to minimize risks and ensure that all business activities as per orientation of Group
Responsible for training and coaching staffs

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Own the relevant financial education; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA is preferable)
At least 6 years’ experience in finance manager for manufacturing industry. Prefer candidate who has experience to work in garment/textile company
Excellent communication skills
Fluent Vietnamese and English in written and verbal communication
