Manage all the activities in Finance and Accounting Department
Be responsible and ensure that all the accounting transactions are implemented based on the law and company’s policies and procedures and Vietnam accounting/tax regulations;
Manage and report monthly & yearly to Board of Director, Tax Department, and other government offices regarding to all aspects of accounting and finance
Check and control all expenditure of the Company to ensure that all these expenditure are managed properly
Be in charge to cost control and cash flow management;
Check and manage the process of payment for both suppliers and customers
Responsible, implement and complete of year-end audit;
Analyze and control the Company’s financial status to ensure the liquidity, cash flows and the security of assets
Prepare and forecast the finance budgets
Update and manager the records to make sure in safe and confidential
Coordinate with Banks, Tax Authorities, Auditor and other relevant sides
Develop and update the accounting internal system in order to ensure adequacy of accounting structure;
Partner with the Board of Directors and other departments within the company to build and maintain internal control policies to minimize risks
Lead the training program for all staffs in Finance and Accounting Department
Other duties will be reviewed by the Board of Director
Report Directly to CFO in Hong Kong

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: Vietnam

At least 8 years’ experience in the same position for garment/textile Company
A very good experience and knowledge about the Vietnam Law such as Tax, Finance, Accounting
Excellent in English. Chinese Speaking is a plus
