Job Description
- Responsible for the full set of accounts for Vietnam company
- Supervise and monitor all the daily accounting operations of the Vietnam team
- Handle cash flow management and budgeting, forecasting, costing and productivity analysis
- Manage financial analysis, month-end/ quarter-end/ year-end closing and management reporting
- Liaise with professional parties and authorities, external auditors.
- Ensuring internal controls and compliance with legislative and accounting requirements
- Coordinate with the group companies in all financial matters
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder in Finance, Accountancy or related discipline
- At least 5 years of related experience in Manufacturing
- Exposure in costing and KPI management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- With strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and being a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
