Responsible for monitoring the planning & production to ensure to improve productivity & efficiency at the factory
Coordinate with Sales & Merchandising team to make sure all technical issues meet with the requirements of customers before bulk production process
Manage and work with production team to improve line balancing and operator’s efficiency
Control and be in charge of Improvement and Cost saving
Work with all the departments at the factory to ensure no wastages including all the activities within the factory
Be a lead, conduct and implement projects in fabric/components saving
Involve the R & D and training programs and new sewing method for trainer team to train and advise staffs
Manage the mechanic team to ensure production flow on the floor smoothly and efficiently
Responsible to reduce the line rework & rejection
Ensure the ontime delivery
Follow up and ensure the Safety, Healthy and Environmental, rules and regulations, work attitude… for all staffs at the factory
Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Location: Long An

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Min 10 years experience as Factory manager for garment manufacturing company
Must have to experience with high tech Woven Shirt over 5 years
Must have the working experience in Vietnam at least 4 years. Candidate who is currently working in Vietnam is a plus
Proficiency in English communication
