Job Description

• Manage the operations of the manufacturing of the factory
• Control and manage the production resources to achieve the site processing plans
• Implement machine and plant layouts with calculated risks to maximize efficiency.
• Manage, developt, train and motivate the team consisting of line operatives and managers; solid knowledge of line balancing;

Working location: Central Vietnam

Time location: Office hour from Monday – Friday and two Saturdays/month

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related major
• Over 7 years of solid garment manufacturing experience with 5 years management level in a company with the size around 1,500 workforce
• Working experience in implementing flow production systems
• Strong background in knit would be preferable
• Competent in performing manufacturing management, production effectiveness and efficiency, quality management, capacity planning, continual improvement process, LEAN manufacturing, factory automation and other related matters
• Have strong persistence and determination to achieve the business objectives of the company
• Responsive, stable, mature, committed and able to work under pressure
• Good management, leadership, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in the computer system
• Good command of English
