Responsible for Full factory operation.
Complete cut to ship with quality and Production monitoring
Responsible to ensure effective factory management and to maintain discipline within the factory
Update the factory line production plan.
Update the style wise daily plan and IE targets and Take the necessary actions to achieve the IE targets
To ensure the line balancing
To check the availability of fabric, accessories and all other production-related materials during the takeover.
To supervise and coordinate the collection of required production-related materials by factory stores.
To ensure that all section in charges & supervisors knows the Plan, IE targets, Operation bulletin and Shipment plan.
To ensure the making of size set sample and pattern adjustments for bulk cutting.
Monitoring of sewing production performance of the factory.
To collect and maintain order wise production schedule, monitor production to meet the targets in due time.

At least 3 years of working in the same position for garment manufacturing with the size from 1,000 labor.
