Responsible to monitor all the activities of the whole factory and ensure the on – time production and shipment delivery
Work with the technical and quality team to learn about the new styles as per the document from customers/buyers
Research and forecast any potential risky problems and then find out any solutions to prevent any issues arising during the production process
Work with IE team to research and study the sewing methods for each new garment styles in bulk process in order to save material consumption and reduce the total production lead-time
Work with mechanic team to arrange and study the suitable sewing machines to support and improve the production efficiency and ensure the product quality
Lead and provide advice and guidance to other teams within the factory including merchandiser, sample room, pattern… on any issues related from development step to production step
Coordinate with HR Department to recruit and lead the training programs for both top person such as head/manager of each department or staffs of the factory
Ensure the Safety, Health and Environment in the factory as current laws
Communicate and on behalf of company to welcome buyers/customers, local authority, 3rd party to visit the factory

Working Location: Bac Giang

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

At least 4 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment/apparel Company with size from 500 labors
Experience to provide quotations for SM and FOB
Understand the quality and technical requirements of EU and US markets
Fluent in English communication.
