Responsible to monitor for the all the operation activities of the factory
Plan and responsible for P&L and budgets to achieve goals as the company’s development strategy and manage to ensure the year business plan of factory
Responsible to motivate all the departments of factory for achieving the Company KPI
Work with relevant teams for the all pre-production activities
Provide any technical and quality guidelines to ensure the quality and technical standard of customers and satisfied their requirement
Responsible to the customers of the company for right quantity with right quality at right time
Coordinate with manager of each department to build up the training programs to ensure the availability of skilled staffs and workers for smooth process and operation
Work with planning department to make the plan to optimize production in most efficient and cost-effective manner
Ensure the health, environment, security, safety issues within the factory as the regulation
Analyze, control and reduce cost in an effective manner as per the set budgets
Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Own the Bachelor’s Degree or MBS or above, preferably major in manufacturing, textiles, garment…
At least 8 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company with the scope from 3,000 labors
Fluency in English. Prefer candidates who can speak Vietnamese language.
