Job Description

• Responsible to manage all the activities from cutting to packing at the factory with around 800 labors.
• Responsible to reach the target of planned sewing flow and finish flow to ensure the on time delivery.
• Monitor the line balancing and hourly production as planned
• Supervise all daily activities including: overtime schedules, production plan, quality, maintenance, Warehouse….
• Set up and responsible to achieve the KPI of the whole factory
• Responsible to Board of Management for the cost and efficiency of the factory
• Involve the training programs for all staffs to improve their skills
• Be in charge to follow the Safety, Healthy and Environmental, rules and regulations within the factory
• Plan to manage the human resource at the factory
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years experience at the similar position for garment manufacturing company with size from 500 labors
• Must have to experience to work with Jacket products, seam sealing…
• Fluent in English
