Job Description
- Responsible for set the target of sales department, manage the performance of sales department, and adjust the target if needed.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Research, provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Implementation of Process management and systems
- Coordinate with Internal and external stake holders and direction of business strategy and work with the customers on the same.
- Operation and Organizational structure , Planning , Operations , R&D
- Strategy and Flexible Business plan
- Training teams for better service and 1st time on Time attitude
- Outsourcing of order and working for both internal and Trading office of the organization
- Basics training to new members and helping team members to reach the assigned target
- Inculcating and training new leaders and localization of Talent,
- Strategic Sourcing and Marketing
- Work horizontally with the different stakeholders of the group to place the orders internally based on customer prices and requirement.
- P&L of the department
- Participate Garment/Textile Trade Affair to introduce, develop and widen the relationship customers globally
- Other tasks will be discussed and assigned by the BOD
Working Location: Da Nang
Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning
Job Requirements
- Min 6 years’ experience in the same position for fabric mill
- Strong knowledge and experience in Knit, Woven, Denim
- Good connection and relationship with US and EU customers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent management skills
