Responsible for all activities in the Lab, Dyeing and Finishing Department
Control and ensure Right First Time in Dyeing & Chemical Processing.
Monitor and manage the Dyes and Chemical Inventory
Lead and implement the evaluation of garment Laboratory Testing to make sure the color marching and quality of product
Conduct trials for new Dyes & Chemicals
Research and apply new methods for process development
Ensure the machines run in a good condition and plan to maintenance or buy replacement ones (if necessary)
Responsible to manage the costings to ensure the most efficiency and savings in Dyeing Process.
Coordinate with other department to make the plan for production process as per the requirement about the quality and ontime delivery of customers
Provide advice and take actions to solve any issues arising the production process
Conduct training programs for staffs
Support technical issues to Sales & Marketing Team if any
Other duties will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday ( off 2 Saturday per month)

Working Location: HCMC

Min 5 years’ experience in the similar position for garment/textile Company. Prefer candidate who has experience to work in fabric mills
A excellent experience in color matching of knit and woven fabric
A good management skill and problem – solving skill
Fluent English communication
