Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor all the production activities of dyeing department including to controlling the dye lots, assigning the tasks to shift supervisor to managing the daily work, ensuring the good quality of dye lots and making sure that workers following the SOP
- Responsible to manage the status of dye lots based on delivery date and sorting
- Forecast any risk of delivery and take any actions immediately if there is any issues during the dyeing process
- Monitor and ensure the production flow in order to getting higher output and ensure the dye lots not stuck in production dyein
- Analyses and found out any dyeing issues to make sure to reduce defects rate in production
- Ensure the Practice of 5S during the dyeing process
- Coordinate with relevant department within the company to ensure the dyeing plan as per the requirement.
Working Location: Central Vietnam
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years experience at the same position for textile/garment company or fabric mills
- Experience to work with seamless garment dye and dying process for Nylon and Cotton dyeing
- Fluent in English communication.
