Job Description
- Responsible to research and implement methods and technologies to optimize the dyeing process, including dye selection, color matching, and process efficiency.
- Monitor all the operation of dyeing department by overseeing dyeing technicians and ensuring to comply with quality standards.
- Work with relevant teams to understand about the fabric typical in order to make the feasibility for dyeing process
- Work with purchasing team to find suppliers of high-quality dyes, chemicals, and auxiliary materials required for the dyeing process.
- Build up the quality control measures to achieve high-quality dyeing results as requested
- Coordinate with Production teams about production schedules to ensure delivery timelines as per requirement of customers
- Lead to train and provide technical guidance to dyeing technicians to improve their skills
- Responsible to ensure the safety regulations for all dyeing personnel and dyeing process
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Nam Dinh
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience to work at the similar position for dyeing factory
- Well – understanding of dyeing technology, dyeing chemicals and dyeing process
- Proven – experience in management skill and problem – solving skill
- Good at English communication
