Job Description

• Responsible to monitor all activities of dyeing department to meet requirements of customer including Lab and production
• Work with material purchasing teams to order for production
• Be in charge of building and implementing the quality system comply with updated ISO
• Monitor and make the plan for internal audit according to current ISO
• Oversee and control colour quality of products in order to meet the requirement of customer
• Responsible to lead the teams to achieve production target as requested by Board of Management
• Set up KPI’s for dyeing departments
• Coordinate with relevant teams to calculate and control production cost to meet goal of company
• Update and apply new technology and methods to improve productivity & quality
• Coach and train staffs
• Other tasks will be assigned by Board of Management

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Graduated bachelor or above the relevant major related to textile/garment
• Min 5 years experience to work at the similar position for textile/fabric mills
• Good at English communication.
