Job Description

  • Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
  • Manage the team to achieve division’s business objectives
  • Develop new business opportunities with customers
  • Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs
  • Responsible for managing the performance of vendors, order management, production tracking till delivery and contract provision for suppliers
  • Lead the business and teams with vision, transparency and good planning. Drive business to win in the very fast changing and competitive market environment
  • Excellent business development, client development and relationship building with service mindset
  • Good at short product life cycle management and have knowledge management sense
  • Apply efficient working system to record and organize product engineering changes
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Resolve escalated office administrative issues as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Clothing, Textile Merchandising or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
  • Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self- motivated, responsive and detail minded
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • Strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Literate in Microsoft office programs
  • Frequent travel is required
