Responsible to communicate directly with Buyers to understand about their requirement, vision and goals for new creations
Work closely with Buyers to receive the items designs, worksheet, color-way, fabric and accessories
Be a host to manage the meetings with internal teams such as pattern maker, technician and IE for the construction and technical of the designs
Lead to train internal staff and teams about the products to ensure they well – understand about every aspects of products
Prepare BOM, check and negotiable the price of fabric and trims with suppliers for costing reference
Confirm the orders and follow-up materials directly with suppliers
Check the Materials quality and analyze the prices lead time to make it competitive
Check the artworks of the samples and analyze the feasibility of products based on the fabric
Work with sample room about samples and discuss to ensure the technical of samples
Provide any comments/suggestions to Buyer related to technical things of samples
Work with Buyers about the samples based on the TP until receiving the approval of Buyers before sending the samples
Other duties will be reviewed further during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Hanoi

At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
Must have to experience to familiar with all types of jacket products
Good at experience and knowledge about the technical, construction and sample development
Strong communication, presentation and management skills
Fluency in English language.
