Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor all the daily activities related to CSR
- Implement to conduct and make reports of CSR Assessment as company assessment tool
- Responsible to ensure CSR activities of factory to comply with the local regulations, buyers’ requirements & global standards
- Support and monitor CSR system of factories
- Responsible to prepare CSR document for audit activities of buyer or 3rd party
- Update local regulations, buyers’ requirements & global standards
- Update and study the Labor, environment, health &safety, fire-fighting and CTPAT.
- Monitor brand protection assessment, environment certificate such as GRS, RCS,…etc…
- Work with HR Department to build up the training programs to improve and raise awareness about the CSR among all members in audit team at the factories
- Other duties will be assigned by Manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday Morning
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years’ experience at the similar position for foreign manager. Prefer candidates who has experience to work at manufacturing company
- Good at communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English communication.
