Job Description

• Based on sample Finalized SMV with Operation breakdown from head office costing team, check with production IE team to find the best method for bulk production, and confirm the final SMV and Operation breakdown.
• Responsibly as a CSR expert for factories across Vietnam
• Supervisor and alert in CSR risk for factories in Vietnam, provide and advise the related professional issues;
• Perform and follow up CSR audit independently
• Coordinate closely with customers and external stakeholders;
• Manager the CSR project and solve the crisis
• Lead, coach and develop the local CSR team;
• Keep to maintain a good relationship with factories and customers
• Other work assigned from department that related to environment, sustainability

Working Location: Bac Giang

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning 

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge about CSR, customers, national and industry-related laws and regulations
• Be familiar with CSR issues such as Forced Labor, Modern Slavery, Sexual Harassment, Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Women Empowerment, Workers Engagement, etc.;
• Good occupational health and safety knowledge is a must;
• Proficiency in English
