Job Description
- Responsible to review all blueprints and drawings to ensure that the project are building as per workflow
- Communicate with clients to discuss project details, budget , and other issues that may arise during implemented project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other construction staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed as per scheduled
- Always check and supervisor building sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Responsible to monitor construction activities by providing instructions to workers onsite
- Control and manage plans, materials, workmanship, and equipment to ensure that quality and safety standards are met
- Other tasks will be reviewed further during the interview process
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Ha Noi and other places
Job Requirements
- Proven – experience in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or building science. Experience to work with garment factory is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and laws
- Good at English verbal and written communication skills
