Job Descriptions

• Responsible to maintain the quality of the factory based on the requirement of customers
• Responsible to check and control all the documents of departments at the factory
• Work with warehouse department to check and manage the records of fabric and trims
• Responsible to maintain factory organization and standards up to buyer’s requirements
• Coordinate with HR teams to build up and conduct the training courses for teams of factory as per the customer’s standards
• Support social compliance team to prepare external audit when necessary
• Make the plan to visit the factory and sub – factories
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Have a good knowledge about the laws, laws about the labor, environment…
• Good at English communication.
