Job Description

• Responsible to make the ethical policies based on the Local law and customer policies and from that apply and implement for the factory.
• Analyze potential compliance issues and research and update the labor laws in both local and Vietnam
• Communicate and coordinate directly with buyer/customers for Social compliance, C-TPAT and Technical audit.
• Conduct the plans for internal audit at the factory
• Supervise all aspects within the factory and then conduct the report about the requirements of factory to buyer/customers
• Responsible to conduct the external audit at subfactory in ethical, technical and security audit if necessary
• Survey the factory frequently to check and take any necessary action if there is any issues related to compliance
• Update the local laws and customer requirements to make sure the understanding and awareness for the factories.
• Involve the meeting with the customers to ensure to satisfy all their requirement
• Attend the audit of third party at the factory
• Lead to make the plan to improve the ethical standard and meet all basic standards
• Work and receive the feedback of customer including environment, safe, health conditions within the factory
• Be in charge of coaching and training for factories about C-TPAT, 5S, Safety…etc.
• Lead the training programs to ensure that all members at the factory are aware of company regulation, internal policy, security, health & safety, anti-fire…
• Welcome and have a good network and connection with Local authority.
• Other duties will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Long An

Job Requirements

• Graduated Bachelor or above the majors related to Labor protection, Environment, Human resource management, Labor relations and Laws…
• At least 8 years experience at the similar position for garment/apparel Manufacturing Company
• Have strong knowledge and experience in Safety/ Environment /Social Accountability/ Management system ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001 and C-TPAT.
• Excellent in English communication
