Responsible for visual, and instrumental color for bulk.
Approve the bulk by either visual or instrumental or both.
compare color after testing for color evaluation
Ensure all items to be matched based on color standard.
Provide color guidance or referrals to suppliers/factories to avoid any incorrect colors
Input and maintain all comments in lab system.
Build, maintain and send electronic production sample by using spectrophotometer to suppliers/mills.
Responsible to follow up the approval status and complete approvals in order to on time delivery.
Maintain the approval records for the color approval process
Ensure color consistency according to the requirement of the brand/ collection.
Partner with the mills to implement color comments.
Inform the color pass/fail result to relevant sides such as requestors, purchaser buyer and quality management
Prepare, establish and distribute AI plots to guide suppliers in color improvement
Involve in the improvement of color approval projects.
Ensure to comply with color lab’s conformance to company’s Color program.
Implement the test with other labs when required.
Carry out routine equipment maintenance
Record, return or dispose of samples according to procedures.
Support in internal training, operation and maintenance of instruments, accessories, methods, data, etc.
Other duties will be assigned by Managers.

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: North Vietnam

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Textile/garment or related fields
Min 2 years at the same position for garment./Textile industry
Fluent in English proficiency
Experience in visual and instrumental color evaluation procedures
Experience in use spectrophotometer equipment, light box and other relevant color tools
