Involve the process of color approval like lab dipping, bulks Shades band and Prints
Handle the Technical issues related to color matching
Attend the key meetings related to color assessment with merchandiser and suppliers
Work closely with suppliers in order to maintain the product supply chain
Responsible to review and approve the Lab dips and Bulk lots based on Spectrophotometer and Light box
Hold the meetings with internal teams to discuss about new development and critical colors and Production approval status
Check and follow up status of color submit chases to maintain delivery
Responsible to evaluate shade bands from suppliers and internal teams such as designers, Merchandiser and Product team on approvals
Coordinate with relevant teams about training programs for both internal and external teams
Partner with color suppliers in order to reduce reproducibility of colors
Implement the Color Performance Risk factor analysis during the key meeting
Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process
Inculcating deep understanding the brand concept and identity in all Color approval process like lab.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Graduated the related major such as chemical, garment and textile technology
At least 3 years’ experience at the similar position in the field of garment/textile or fabric mills
Good knowledge of color control process of Lab dip/shipment samples
Fluent in English communication.
