Job Description

• Make the decisions of quality
• Manage and develop all the activities with thin Laboratory
• Ensure the the quality standards based on the requirement of customer
• Update and comply with the Environmental and Chemical Policies and ensure to use of the best and the most effective chemicals
• Control color lab, research and develop new color formulations
• Lead textile quality lab conduct in-house textile testing according to the customer’s standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to make sure production process goes smoothly
• Ensure the laboratory and equipment always remain in good operating order and establish and maintain best practices for testing and lab protocols
• Train and coach laboratory staff
• Be in charge to organize meetings with Suppliers for materials procurement, new chemical trials, Chemical management & sustainability documentation
• Other duties will be assigned by Board of Director

Working Time: Monday to Saturday ( off 2 Saturday per month)

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years working at the same position in textile/garment industry
• Expert working with many kinds of chemicals and several kinds of fabrics
• Good at English communication
