Job Description
- To develop/training the management regarding IE Tools/Philosophy, Productivity, Efficiency, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban System, KAIZEN, Gemba, VSM, Visual Management, DHU, SIXSIGMA ,Standard production system (Store/cutting/sewing /finishing/quality ) TQM, etc
- Work Place Standardization & Visualization
- Quick Change over (QCO) Team Leader
- Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target strength ratio
- Multi-skill Operator Development Program
- Quality Improvement Project.(RFT)
- To make Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Every Department & Documents control
- Factory day cost Calculation according cost per min (CPM), Target set according to SAM
- Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target strength ratio
- Innovation Work
- Efficiency, performance & wastage % calculation of all units
- Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday
- Working location: 200 km away from the HCMC, Vietnam (Accommodation is available – Rent house)
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same of position for manufacturing garment company
- Good in English
- Open for expats
