Job Description
- Estimate the estimated time of sample garments
- Conduct research on sewing time and other tasks. Make sure all activities follow the procedures and technical guidelines
- Plan production capacity and achieve daily production targets
- Prepare Line Layouts. Develop layouts for new products or change styles as needed.
- Identify and allocate necessary sewing machines
- Suggest appropriate sewing machines and sew accessories to improve production efficiency
- Make and correct sewing techniques to raise productivity
- Maintain appropriate production control system
Job Requirements
- Graduated College, University
- Have experience in garment manufacturing
- Communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- At least 3 years experience
- Work in team
- Good communication skill
