Responsible to manager and operate all the activities at the factory
Manage the Quality, on time – Delivery and Cost.
Monitor and works all departments to ensure Cost reduction, In house manufacturing, Quality, 5S, Healthy and Safety..
daily follow up on PPM, PPC and Bulk production and direct any actions to solve problems if having
Work with relevant department to implement Audits every month
Set up KPi and execution of Daily Targets
Check and control on the Weekly performance at the factory
Responsible for Productivity, Quality and on-time delivery.
Responsible for optimum utilization of the infrastructure with minimum wastages.
Coordinate with teams to analyze daily production, Product quality and Rejection levels and then suggest any solution to improve
Line planning, Batch setting, Shipment planning.
Follow up Trims and Packing accessories on time.
Ensure & follow up of packing materials on time
Other duties will be reviewed on the interview

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Quang Nam – Da Nang

At least 4 years experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company with size from 3,000 labors
Excellent skills in management, negotiable, motivation, problem – solving
Good communication in Chinese. English is a plus
