In charge of the technical knit design of assigned styles to ensure the quality and on time delivery according to the requirement of customers
In Charge of overseeing Design and Production 300 Styles per, Month, 300,000 Garments Per Month across 3 Owned Production facilities
Manage and Delivery to 100 + Stores across Vietnam with more than 2,500 staff
Responsible in develop New store concepts and plan to open New Stores in the country
Functional Reports- Design, Production, Marketing, Sales, Finance, E Commerce
Implement New POS, CRM, Merchandise Financial Planning systems, PLM and Production/GSD software and systems
Coordinate to build of Website to Ecom functionality in order to attribute to the development of New Customer sales
Upgrade new product designs and sourcing including Handbags and Shoes
Other tasks will be discussed in the interview process.

Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday

At least 5 years’ experience at the same position in the field of garment, Textile and fashion (clothes, shoes, handbags,..), cosmetic…
Proven experience in delivering high-quality projects, developing sourcing and products, increasing performance and sales, as well as introducing cost-effective business solutions
Proficient in executing innovative models for collaborative end to end supply chain.
A strong communicator and management skills
