Job Descriptions
- Responsible to make the process mapping
- Analyze and optimize the process
- Update and apply the LEAN tools
- Make the map of AS/IS and TO/BE for business processes
- Study and identify any ideas/solutions for improvement
- Launch and implement the initiatives
- Check and follow-up the plan
- Responsible to implement the for internal process optimization of the group in Vietnam
- Monitor project management and report to Board of Director in Vietnam and abroad
- Identify needs and ensure alignment in the value chain
- Be a liaison in communicating with IT system suppliers about the demand of the company
- Ensure the quality and design
- Responsible to secure data and KPI structure
- Coordinate with related department within Process & IT area of responsibility
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements
- University graduation in related subject such as business administration, project management, business process management, IT and business or relevant subject…Preferred candidate with other certification such as: Business Process Management/BPM , Six Sigma, Lean management, process management technic…
- At least 3 years of experience with process optimization (TQM, BPR, Lean or similar) and project management, digitalization/automation in manufacturing factory
- Good experience with ERP systems
- Fluent in English.
