Job Description

• Build the washing team and well manage its production planning
• Develop new washing and finishing technology to meet customer needs
• Control production operations
• Set up & maintain management system and operational procedure
• Provide technical advice and resolve washing problems
• Conduct cost analysis for various wet processing development technology

Job Requirements

• College/ University degree in related disciplines;
• Knowledge in washing, dyeing process, chemical or garment industry;
• Over 10 years of working experience in knit manufacturing; 3 years of experience at management level;
• Experienced about industrial washing & garment dyeing processes in cutting & sewing;
• Written and spoken English (for communication purpose);
• Ability to read recipe;
• Expand network of washing chemical suppliers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: 1.300 – 2.000 USD
