Job Descriptions
- Responsible to provide the related technical guideline to factory
- Lead to train the technical staff to work with factory teams to ensure the sewing lines effectively
- Work closely with relevant teams such as Production, Quality and Sample Room to ensure the approval samples are going smoothly during the production process
- Ensure the quality standard as the customer’s requirement
- Responsible to supervise and follow up the pilot run process at the factory and support the technical things to pilot run team.
- Always instruct and guide staffs about the technical things to ensure to improve their skills
- Coordinate with all the relevant teams at the factory to achieve production target, quality standards and improve production efficiency
- Attend any meetings and production projects pf the company by providing technical guidance
- Other duties will be assigned by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Dong Nai
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
- Proven – experience and knowledge in technical, quality, patternmaking, garment construction
- Good at management and communication skills
- Good at English skills.
