Job Description

• Assistant Production Manager in monitoring all the sewing production process to make sure the bulk process is carried out based on the requirement of customer
• Ensure the monthly delivery schedule to achieve 100% on time delivery as per the requirement of customer
• Coordinate closely with relevant departments to take any action to solve any issues and eliminate the root cause which arising during the production process
• Hold a daily meeting with related teams to ensure to achieve the production target, quality and quantity
• Implement: Health and Safety, Production & Social compliance procedures at the factory
• Participate in the PP meeting, risk analysis meeting and customer’s meeting if any
• Other task will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Bac Giang

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company from 500 labors
• Good knowledge and experience in Kaizen, 6S…
• Good at English communication skill ( Writing and Verbal)
