Job Description

• Organize and arrange the structure, process in the factory
• Report directly to the Production Manager the factory’s production status, cooperate with other Departments to meet the customers’ demand.
• Manage technological lines in the factory
• Set short, medium and long-term goals
• Manage and control all production activities in the factory
• Guide and train staffs in the company
• Other details will be discussed during interview

Job Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Management or Textile & Garment Industrial;
• Over 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing; of which 2 years at supervisory level
• Knowledge of whole garment manufacturing operations
• Familiar with linear system, UPS system
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio;
• Strong analytical skills
