Job Description
- Provides leadership in the management and administration of the packing departments to ensure most efficient and highest quality operations in that area.
- Provides consultation and direction necessary to enable departments to meet their operational objectives.
- Develops and carries out strategic plans and programs to produce the desired results in the packing departments at the lowest possible cost.
- Supervises and directs the programs and activities of shift superintendents.
- Develops, coordinates and follows through on strategic operational goals and plans.
Job Requirements
- BS/ Bachelor degree
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in similar position in Production/ Packing (Finishing) in a big size Garment company (minimum 2,000 up)
- English communication skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Result oriented
- Customer oriented
- Quickly adapt in a high pressure working environment
