Responsible to support Manager and BOD to make the operation plan for the Merchandising Department
Support Manager to arrange the work for teams within the department based on the orders of customers
Provide advices/suggestion to staffs to ensure the quality and efficiency of the work.
Be a liaison among internal teams and customers to communicate and pass the order information including the different styles and different parts of the products
Responsible to follow up the bulk production process by coordinating and communicating with customers, sales team, and production teams to ensure provide the bulk production materials on time
Work with warehouse department to ensure the fabrics and materials for bulk production on time delivery
Follow up and work closely with production team to ensure the production plan and solve any issues arising the bulk process
Coordinate regularly with internal team of factory such as sales, sample room, production department, quality, and ensure the work goes smoothly as plan
Responsible to do costing and send to Manager and BOD before sending to customers
Update the WIP status report and send to all the relevant departments within the factory
Responsible to maintain and improve the work awareness of staffs within the merchandising department to prevent any work errors
Make the training programs and summit to Manager to plan to train the staffs to improve their skills and meet the target
Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Long An

Own the bachelor or above the related majors
At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
Have a high sense of responsibility and good management skills
Fluent in English communication.
