Follow Legal and customs compliance
Oversee the finance team
Arrange stock take and fixed assets count
Check the compliance of accounting records under current VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards) and advice if any.
Update the most recent legal docs and advice if any
Provide and guide for Accounting Team to fulfill their duties
Check the logic and reliability of accounting transactions
Work with Fast Accounting software to check journals input, accounting books, internal and external reports
Be in charge the Depreciation of Fixed Asset (FA), Allocation of Long-term Prepaid expenses
Build and improve procedure for management of Fixed Asset, Long-term Prepaid expenses, Production tools
Control procedure for cash receipt and payment, inventory. Check Cash operations and balances
Organize, arrange and manager work assignments in Accounting Dept.
Check payroll calculations from HR Dept and advice if any
Check importing, exporting, other Sales/economic Contracts for general information
Propose changes and innovations with BOD (Board of Director) based on accounting data, to increase effectiveness in Accounting Dept and to serve better internal or external control.
Build up or supervise Corporation reports and Financial Statements according to VAS. Make sure legal reports are submitted in time.
Word with other Depts, liase with State Agencies, auditing teams, banks when necessary
Cooperate with Hong Kong, China team when necessary

Working Location: Quang Nam, Da Nang – Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Saturday
