Job Description

• Checking PI from sale and Issue invoice (record in Misa)
• Follow up PIs of sales orders, gitfs to issue invoice
• Follow PIs of warranty goods and contact with customers to issue invoice
• Arrange hard copies attached (photocopy, printing, scan, save hard-copies for Tax Documents, internal documents)
• Update Retail Situation Report
• Receivables AR

Job Requirements

• Education Background: University Degree, major in Accounting and Auditing
• English Proficiency: Level B and higher
• Computer skill: Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and searching internet skill
• Working experience: at least 1-2 years of experience in trading company
• Familiar with accounting MISA software
