Manage and be responsibilities for all manufacturing operations in the facility and all facility Staff supports Areas.
Motivate the work atmosphere to ensure the good relations with employees
Coordinate with Plant Manager to Plan, build and submit manufacturing budgets and projects to Board of Director for approval
Always ensure the safe work areas for all employees
Make sure all production equipment and the facility’s physical structure are properly maintained
Manage the cost of ongoing projects and continuous improvement projects for the facility in order to the efficient cost reduction
Ensure the company assets are only used in accordance with established company policies and goals.
Train all Staff and build a management team with high sense of responsibilities and qualifications
Attain inventory accuracy goals
Balance production demands as required by the customer to improve the flexibility and the quality of customer service
Attend required meetings and perform and share the ideas to support the needs of the business
Be responsible for quality goals defined by management and regularly report those results as required
Support the development of business through the cost estimation process
Provide weekly reports including production performance, quality, inventory, WIP, and safety
Coordinate with other teams to meet overall company requirements

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday
