Job Description

• Coordinate with Designers and Merchandiser Team partners to review the design
• Support Technical parts related to Design, Pre-Production and production from the product development stages until end of stage
• Develop the product technical specification to ensure the fitting and construction per as the requirement of customers/buyers
• Work with Designer and Merchandiser Team to ensure fabric quality, garment construction, fitting, product aesthetics…
• Communicate with the relevant teams to ensure the product performance standards and deadlines are meet as planned
• Provide suggests/evaluation to develop or improve the products
• Responsible to ensure that products are developed based on the fit quality, standards, the capabilities of manufacturer and costings
• Support Manager to train Technical Designer Staff to ensure their understanding about the fitting and standards of products
• Other tasks will be assigned by Manager

Working Location: Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical experience for garment/apparel company.
• Candidate with experience of patternmaking and product construction for bulk production preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
