Involving the process of new fabric development and provide comments about the technical in order to have a better product performance.
Sourcing and working with mills for new design packs depend on their abilities, prices, available capacities and capabilities.
Being responsible for negotiating the price for both new qualities and existing qualities
Overseeing the Fabric Inspection to evaluate mills to ensure both the quality and quantity for garment manufacturing.
Making the plan to visit mills regularly to ensure the on time delivery as scheduled
Implementing the evaluation of mills about their performance in order to continuous improvement.
being host for fabric PP meeting on new products to ensure mill and garment vendor follows as the requirement of fabric quality and quantity
Attending all meetings with relevant teams such as mill, vendor/factory and global related team of company to provide technical support
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process
Reporting directly to Merchandising Manager

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Working Location: On – site

At least 5 years’ experience at the same position for garment/apparel Company
Strong proven – experience to work with a variety of fabric, especially Knit fabric
Excellence in communication and negotiation skills
Excellence in English both written and verbal
