Coordinate, analysis and summarize the information for new orders from Sales & Merchandising Department and then responsible to build up production plan.
Control and follow up production plan and timelines to ensure production process as the requirement
Analyze and determine production requirements based on the capacity of factory and the details of order such as specifications, quality…
Supervise and monitor the production status by production collect, analysis & summary order information from Sales & Merchandising Department to make sure the ontime delivery
Responsible to take action immediately if there is any delays and accordingly adjust schedules to ensure to target the deadlines. Work closely with Sales & Merchandising Department to inform to customers incase any delays
Support and partner with Production Department in production risk assessment and find out the root of causes to solve
Involve to evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements
Be a host of daily meetings with all relevant department to follow up production schedules.
Responsible to determine equipment, materials and manpower required to satisfied production plan
Other duties will be discussed during the interview process
Report to Factory Manager

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Cambodia

Min 3 years’ experience to work at the same position for garment/apparel manufacturing company
Strong skills and experience in communication, management and innovation
Good at English
