Job Description
- Planning and achieving the Dyeing Production as scheduled
- Leading the Dyeing & Finishing, Inspection/Packing/lot
- Receiving the fabric purchase orders, Planning and executing production orders as per stated and implied requirements of buyers/suppliers. Ensuring the timely delivery with right quality & quantity.
- Planning the dyelot, Allocating dyeing, Approving Recipes and Providing Technical specification, Inventory of Dyes & chemicals
- Achieving maximum productivity, reducing overall costs, reducing rejection/ reprocess by planning & utilizing the resources like Man, Machine, and Material effectively.
- Controlling the dyeing first time in Lab to bulk and bulk to bulk with the high successful percent rate and Reprocess at the min percent rate
- Reducing the production cost by trials in saving process time, better dyes & chemicals
- Precosting of process charges at the labdip stage regarding to the customer requirements
- Trouble shooting all kind of lot failures
- Reviewing & reporting daily/monthly Production & delivery report to Management.
- Conducting trials wherever necessary
- Other task will be discussed further during the interview process
Working Time: Monday to Saturday ( off 2 Saturday per month)
Working Location: HCMC
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same position for garment/textile Company.
- Expertise in processing all kind of knit and woven fabric in Polyester
- Have excellent color matching and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
