Job Description

• Receiving Sample request and tech pack
• Studying buyer tech pack and buyer comments thoroughly before start making pattern
• Reviewing buyer comments along with sample manager and supervisors to ensure all comments are incorporated at the time of making pattern and sample, same time reviewing on simplifying the process for production
• Patterns are made with zero shrinkage and once fabric shrinkage is available need to be added accurately as per fabric shrinkage available.
• If any proposal and call out need to info buyer will be discussed with manager to get clarified from buyer technician through emails or telephone and conformation copy need to be field in particular style file to avoid confusion
• Once proposal or call out done need to follow up until it’s closed and ensure same will be passed to production without fail.
• Pattern identification (shell component, contrast component, interlining, & no of  cut components )notch marking, pocket marking, dart marking, pin tuck marking, smoking marking, print and embroidery placement  marking,  button hole marking, need to be done accurately before releasing the pattern.
• Based on fabric shrinkage different patterns need to be generated and identified and copy need to be circulated to cutting and production team.
• All fit and size set samples need to been done fit trail along with Manager, supervisors, qc, before sending to buyer approval.
• It’s a mandatory at every stage of pattern making if there is any revision which is affecting YY need to be updated marker maker to revise bulk booking YY at the same time without fail.
• At the time of proto samples technical details need to be guided to sample supervisor as per pattern designed to avoid rejections
• Need to attend all review and PP meeting and need to highlight all probes and causes done at sample stage After review meeting all points need to be incorporate in bulk pattern with accurately. And release bulk marker
• Before bulk marker released need to double check the pattern against, PP Meeting, buyer comments and internal JSS reports after modification form sampling Manager

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience as Pattern Designer for manufacturing garment company
• Good experience in Gerber/Lectra Software
• Can communicate in English
