Job Description

• Full responsible for quality of orders and direct shipment
• Check and follow the shipment date
• Manage and inspect quality, production status, support to solve the issues and make the inspection report to send to all relate departments
• Follow 100% working process of customers according the factory
• Make sure the quality of SMS and Bulk production before shipment
• Check and approval of carelabel layouts
• Attend Pre-Production sample meeting
• Plan and arrange the work of QCs for each season, each factory
• Be responsible QC weekly plan based on shipment sheet, help QCs make the best plan
• Check inline and final reports , ask QCs to edit them if there are any errors or help QCs translate some comments and defects into English
• Support QCs solve any problems if they cannot do it by themselves or if they do it not exactly
• Be in charge of training to new QC
• Evaluate the performance of QCs every year.
• Check the product quality or join QCs for PPs meeting and discuss about Quality Manual, Work Manual,

Working Location: Thai Binh, Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Job Requirements

• 5 years or more experience in garment manufacturing industry
• Good English in listening, writing & oral communication
• Management and communication skills
• Team player, result oriented and self – motivated
