1. Advisory Work

Advise the Board of Directors on all issues in the field of information technology
Setting up / building the organizational structure
Regulations on effective management for using information systems
Proposing a plan to make full use of available information technology resources, and a plan to deploy projects to develop new resources in accordance with the management model and policy of the whole company
Consulting, deploying management software that brings high efficiency to all departments in the company

2. ERP System And Management Software

Working with departments/divisions in the company to learn and model processes/business/data systems: MD, SX, warehouse …..
Search, work directly with ERP consulting and implementation units (SAP, MS D365, Odoo, Netsuite, Infor….) to make requirements of the company applying on ERP business processes of the company, various types of management reports, BI data forecasting and analysis systems, Tableau
Research, analyze and compare in detail the model, process, functions, modules, investment budget of each ERP solution and advise the Board of Directors to decide on the suitable ERP solution to be selected
Participate in building and developing new features or modifying and configuring standard functions on the ERP system’s modules according to the company’s needs
Build report forms, extract data from the ERP system upon request from functional departments/divisions.
Operating, setting up the system, exploiting existing modules and proposing the construction and deployment of new modules
Research, propose to develop and build management software for the company: Contract/order management; Customer Management (CRM); Work management and reporting….(if any)

3. Network System And Hardware

Building and managing the Data center system for the company
Administration and optimization of LAN, WAN systems for the company.
Design and build a VPN virtual private network for the company and its member companies
Decentralization and security of the data information system
Management/operation/maintenance/user manual…the company-wide computer system to ensure that the entire system and each individual computer operate well, with high security
Responsible for network administration and system administration, data backup
Perform daily checks on Backups, security, Scan viruses, recover lost data
Organize the development and control of the operation of the entire information system, issue warnings and discipline recommendations related to violations of the use of the information system
Organize the control, arrangement and maintenance of information system equipment, consultation and selection of warranty and maintenance service providers, quality and appropriate suppliers

Working location: Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam (Have Dorm)

Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday
