Job Description

• Closely work with fashion iteration process to review paper pattern conformity
• Graphics application onto the paper pattern
• Assure full graded paper pattern consistency before flow to the Bulk Cutting room
• Coordinate with Garment technician in creating graphics simulation for customer
• Support Garment technologist in cup mock up evaluation
• Pattern adjustment for Bulk production special request upon China development center alignment
• Join Pre-production meeting to understand customer need or possible request in pattern
• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Morning Saturday
• Working location:  Bac Giang province (Have Dorms)

Job Requirements

a) Academic

• Textile/ Apparel related College graduates (Intimate preferable)
• Advance Paper Pattern training/course

b) Experience

• 5 years of Paper pattern background, 2 years in Ladies Intimate
• Understand human body construction & fitting sense
• Understand sewing machines & application
• Ability of pattern alteration, understand customer comments
• Understand the intimate production process & quality standard
• Knowledge in the graphics application, different fabrication/prints

c) Skill

• Use of Gerber system & Paper Pattern knowledge/alteration logic
• Sewing knowledge & practical skill
• Fully understand the relationship between pattern & sewing & related interaction
